Flat die wood pellet machine is the use of crops corn stalk, straw, straw, peanut shell, corn cob, cotton stalk, soybean stalk,rice husk, weeds, branches, leaves, sawdust, bark and other solid waste as raw materials, after crushing, pressure, densification,molding, become a small stick solid rest pellet fuel. Pellet fuel is made of wood chips and straw scales by pressing roller and ring die at room temperature. The density of raw materials is generally about 110-130kg/m3, and the particle density after molding is greater than 1100kg/m3. It is very convenient for transportation and storage, and its combustion performance is greatly improved.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Wood pellet mill can press biomass pellet and fertilizer granules from biomass waste or fertilizer waste, raw materials such as biomass from sawdust, rice husk, agricultural stalk, straw, peanut shell, sun flower, lucerne ,paper ect fertilizer waste such as animal manure, plant waste, chemical products and so on.

Wood pellet mill can press 2-8mm diameter pellets, last density is high ,convenient to operate. there is knive installed nearby pellet mill outlet door, which can adjust last pellet length.

Wood pellet mill has one flat die inside ,its flat die hole can be changed into from 2mm-8mm , for example if install 4mm hole die , then will produce 4mm diameter pellets ,Pellet density is 1.1-1.4ton/m3.

We have more than 1500 square meters of spot inventory workshop, and it usually takes 3-5 days for goods with sufficient inventory. If you need to customize the equipment, it takes 5-10 days. We will do our best to deliver as soon as possible.

 

Q3:What if the machine is damaged?

One-year warranty and comprehensive after-sales service. After this period, we will charge a lower fee to maintain after-sales service.
