Li-ion cell Sorter Technological process
The battery resistance and voltage are set by the upper computer battery test software, and the following functions are automatically completed by PLC:
Manual battery filling → wheel rotation feeding → belt conveying battery → ejecting cylinder battery → test cylinder closing (test instrument uploading data, software sorting) → mechanical fixture sorting battery.
The equipment is equipped with sound and light alarm, which can complete automatic shutdown by category. Full alarm, fault alarm and other operating parameters can be set according to the actual requirements of customers.
